Shipping on Us:
Free shipping for all orders with in the Continental United States (excluding Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico).
Do you offer Expedited Shipping:
Of course! For an additional fee, we offer Expedited Shipping options for orders. Our Expedited Shipping offers include Overnight Shipping, 2nd Day Air, and 3 Day Shipping.
For Expedited Shipping, orders confirmed before 11:00am EST will be processed and shipped the same day, pending credit card verification. Orders placed after 11:00am EST will be processed and shipped the following business day. Orders placed on Friday after 11:00am EST will be shipped on the following Monday (excluding holidays).
Orders placed on a Saturday, Sunday, after noon (EST) on Friday, or on a holiday will begin processing on the next business day.
We are bummed to hear you want to return your Covert item! However, we are happy to help with making the return process easy by offering free returns up to 10 days. If you pass the 10 day period, that’s fine! We will accept anything postmarked after 30 days from purchase with a shipping label cost of $8.00 deducted from your refund. A quick suggestion when making returns remember to obtain a receipt for all shipped items. In addition, if you choose to ship without our prepaid label we suggest using a traceable carrier such as UPS, FedEx, or USPS. Return & Exchange Policy:
Need to make a return or exchange, no problem! Send us the item unwashed, unworn,and undamaged. Don’t forget all returned items must be accompanied by the original return form. For exchanged goods, please mark the desired size on the exchange form. Once received, it will be processed as a new order and charged to your credit card.
In order to cancel an order you must contact us before it has been processed. Once processed and shipped, the return and exchange policy will apply. Covert NYC can cancel orders at any time due to out of stock, credit card payment issues, or pricing errors.
